This app is used for online and face to face clients. It will contain the personalized workout program with workout videos (from 2 angles) to help develop technique and form with a description to take the guesswork out of it. Clients will also be able to log in their:
- Weights/reps for each exercise.
- Record themselves and send video to the trainer for technique and form check.
- Track progress such as weekly weigh-ins, assessments, progress photos, habit tracking.
- Instant messaging.
